Life Fitness Pro Total Body 10 unit strength circuit in excellent condition and in perfect working order. This circuit has brand new upholstery and decals on every machine. The paint is not original. The Pro line by Life Fitness is by far my personal favorite, and this seems to be the case all around. I like it because they are designed well, built like tanks, have extra heavy weight stacks, are super smooth and still have some of that hardcore factor that is lacking in the industry today. In addition to them having the hardcore factor, they are also beautiful, have small footprints and aren’t intimidating to women or the beginning user. This circuit is perfect for any setting whether a home gym, personal training studio or high traffic commercial gym. These units have been cleaned, serviced and are ready to go. Why spend 3x more for new equipment with a 12-17 week lead time, when you can buy the same thing NOW in similar condition.

Hip Extension for Better Glutes
The articulating carriage is a unique Cybex patented design with an articulating seat and back pad that provide for more complete hip extension and gluteal involvement. The carriage moves backward and tilts at the same time, which encourages the user to push higher on the back. The moving carriage allows for plyometric movements (a type of explosive movement used to develop muscular power). The body moves backward using a stationary footplate for the legs to push against.
Adds to Range of Motion
A seat back angle with five positions emphasizes comfort and greater hip range of motion. An added benefit is that it accommodates users who have difficulty folding legs back against the belly.
Users of All Sizes
An extra large adjustable footplate accommodates a wide range of users by adjusting for user height and range of motion. It also has controlled floating action for ease of adjustment.

Eccentric work can generate much higher forces due to the tension-generating capacity of the connective tissue.
When high-velocity eccentric work is introduced progressively, it enables the connective tissue to resist high-impact forces that accompany high-impact activities such as jumping, running and depth jumps.
High-speed or overspeed eccentrics are vital to superior training and results.
Using a large amount of bands to increase velocity and adding weight plates to the Plyo Swing to change mass will produce a very positive training effect.
Its value cannot be duplicated in any other way due to the fact that one will invariably use more eccentric muscle tension and slow the yielding phase, causing a lessening effect on the reversal phase.
